I often receive USB drives from clients and I’m worried about malware. How should I use the USB Scan tool in GetOverX Shield to minimize the risk of infecting my PC?

Hello!
Good practice with USB drives is critical. Here is a recommended workflow with USB Scan:

1. Connect the USB drive but do not open it in File Explorer yet.
   
2. Open GetOverX Shield and go to the Tools section.
   
3. Choose USB Scan and select the removable drive you just plugged in.
   
4. Let the scan finish and review any detections (clean, quarantine, delete).
   
5. Only after a clean result should you open the drive normally.
