Blocking unknown outbound traffic from random apps

Hi everyone, I noticed that some unknown applications are attempting to connect to the internet without my permission. GetOverX Shield’s firewall notified me, but I'm not sure how to permanently block them. Is there a way to create a persistent rule for these apps? Any advice would be appreciated!

I updated to the latest version that delivered 3.0.2.0 and improved the part of agar or block external applications thank you very much
