Quiero comentarles que el servicio de ids inicia apagado en el ids, podrian verificar o indicarme como hacer para que inicie en el sistema para que siempre este monitoreando mi computadora.

Hello, yesterday I ran a suspicious program in the GetOverXShield Sandbox. During the test, I noticed it tried to connect to the Internet and opened strange windows. My question is: does the Sandbox really prevent the file from infecting my system? Do I need to delete anything afterward, or is everything cleaned up automatically?

Hello, I purchased a new license and activated it successfully, but the total number of days didn’t increase. It’s as if the system didn’t register the added days. Is there a delay or should I reactivate manually?

Hi everyone, I noticed that some unknown applications are attempting to connect to the internet without my permission. GetOverX Shield’s firewall notified me, but I'm not sure how to permanently block them. Is there a way to create a persistent rule for these apps? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello, I performed a full scan using GetOverX Shield and it successfully detected a suspicious file (Trojan.Generic.2412) in my downloads folder. However, the file wasn't deleted automatically, and no further action was taken. How can I configure the antivirus to automatically quarantine or delete threats after detection? Thanks in advance!

I want to disable the real-time antivirus scanning feature for a short time while installing trusted software. Is there a safe way to do that in GetOverX Shield without compromising system security?
